Food Pairing: Just about everything! Unoaked chardonnay is one of the most versatile wines. the fruitiness goes perfectly with most seafoods including fish and shellfish. Other foods it pairs well with are chicken, whether grilled or stir fried; it’s also a great companion with curry, Mexican and other spicy dishes because of its mild sweetness and acidity which helps to neutralize the heat a bit but also enhances the other flavors. It can also go with some desserts, especially ones that aren’t too sweet but fruity such as peach or berry cobbler.  Of course, we can’t leave out breakfast! Eggs and ham, or bacon, frittatas?? Perfect, especially on a warm sunny day!
