The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from vineyards which are selected for their intense fruit quality and firm tannins. The wine is aged in small oak barrels for 14 months, adding richness and complexity. California Republic Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby in color with focused currant, blackberry and cracked pepper spice. The wine finishes with sweet smoke and a hint of vanilla.
